Jigsaw Puzzle Player includes a number of free puzzles and more interesting puzzles that you can buy. You can also create your puzzles using your own images. The program is pretty customizable and allows you to select the background color, sound effects, interface language, among other things. It is really easy to use and features a nice and well-organized user interface. While you do a puzzle, you can view the full image or a ghost, and even set it to show only the pieces belonging to the edges of the image. When creating your own puzzles, you can select the puzzle name, number of pieces, pieces shape, knob shape, and preview it. However, you can not do any of that with the puzzles that come with the program. Though, you have a great variety of packs (landscapes, animals/culture,paintings, kids, and paintings small) which have puzzles of different sizes and number of pieces. The program includes two types of zoom and two types of screen split (horizontal or vertical). It also displays the percentage of completion and enables you to save your progress to continue the puzzle later. I'm sure, puzzle lovers are going to enjoy Jigsaw Puzzle Player. |
